About Dr. Arvind Swaminathan

Dr. Arvind Swaminathan, a former CSIR Research Fellow and national gold medalist, replaces rote inorganic chemistry with logic: colour-coded periodic table memory maps, crystal field theory and molecular orbital diagrams that let students derive, not memorise.

He leads the chemistry directorate at the Kullu Valley Center, runs the Saturday practical demonstrations and has coached 28 National Chemistry Olympiad qualifiers.
