1.Using the website and portals
You may browse the site freely. Forms, demo bookings, downloads and the student portal are for genuine prospective and enrolled students and their parents. You agree not to submit false details, scrape content, attempt to access another student’s account, or reproduce our study material, test papers or recorded lectures outside your own preparation. Portal credentials are personal; sharing them may lead to suspension of access.
2.Information on this site
Fees, batch dates, scholarship brackets and hostel capacity shown on the site are indicative for the current session and are confirmed only in the written fee sheet issued by a campus. Results and ranks on our wall of fame are published with roll numbers and relate to students who attended a full classroom or residential programme. Exam patterns, syllabi and dates are set by the NTA, JAB and other bodies and may change without notice.
3.Enrolment and the fee sheet
Enrolment is complete when the registration fee of ₹2,500 is paid and the signed fee sheet is accepted by the campus. The fee sheet records the programme, batch, tuition, hostel plan, instalment schedule, scholarships and the batch orientation date; it prevails over anything else on this site. Seats are allotted in order of enrolment within the batch cap of 35 (30 for Dropper Apex and Foundation).
4.Fees, instalments and late payment
Tuition may be paid annually or in up to 12 monthly instalments at 0% interest through our financing partners; the partner’s own agreement applies to that loan. Instalments are due on the date in the fee sheet. A grace period of 10 days applies, after which portal access to new tests may be paused until the account is regularised. We never withhold a student’s classroom access during an exam week.
5.Scholarships and concessions
BOH scholarship-test waivers, board-merit waivers and need-based support are applied to tuition only and are retained for the full programme provided the student maintains 75% attendance and sits every scheduled computer-based test. Scholarships cannot be combined beyond a total of 100% of tuition and are not transferable or encashable.
6.Attendance, discipline and the hostel code
Students are expected to attend all classes, tests and doubt clinics. Mobile phones are deposited during class hours at residential campuses. Ragging, bullying, substance use or harassment of any kind leads to immediate suspension and, after a hearing with the parent, expulsion without refund, in line with UGC anti-ragging regulations. Hostel residents and parents additionally sign the hostel code covering in-times, leave, visitors and medical consent.
7.Withdrawal and refunds
Withdrawals follow the Student Welfare & Fee Refund Policy Charter: 100% of tuition (less the ₹2,500 registration fee) before the batch orientation date, 80% within 15 days of the batch start, 50% between day 16 and day 30, and Special Review Board discretion thereafter. Hostel and mess fees are refunded pro-rata by month. Refunds are made by RTGS to the originating account within 5 to 10 banking days.
8.Intellectual property
Study modules, test series, recorded lectures, the “First-Principle Intuition” and “NCERT Line-by-Line Forensics” frameworks, logos and website content are the property of Aspire IIT & Medical or its licensors. Enrolled students receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for their own preparation during the programme. Recording classes or redistributing material is prohibited.
9.Communications
By sharing a mobile number you agree to receive calls, SMS and WhatsApp messages about your enquiry or enrolment. Promotional messages are sent only with opt-in and stop when you reply STOP. Official notices to enrolled families are posted on the parent portal and are deemed received 24 hours after posting.
10.Limitation of liability
We teach and mentor with full commitment but cannot guarantee a particular rank, score or admission. Our liability for any claim arising from the programme or this website is limited to the fees paid for the relevant session. We are not liable for exam-body decisions, internet outages affecting online classes, or events beyond our reasonable control such as weather closures in the hills, in which case classes are rescheduled or moved online.
11.Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We first try to resolve any dispute through the campus director and then the Special Review Board within 30 days. Unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. Consumers may also approach the consumer forum of their district.
12.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for new sessions or legal changes. The version that applies to an enrolled student is the one referenced in their fee sheet; website users are bound by the version published at the time of use.
